What are my chances at Clemson?

Hows it going guys, I recently visited the campus and loved it. I was just curious as to how my chances stand of getting in. I'm from a top public high school in eastern PA. My current gpa is 3.8 but that should be rising soon. I am pretty sure it is weighted as my school does not give unweighted gpa. My SAT score is very low as I got a 1610 on the first time with a 1100 on CR/MATH. I plan to raise that to somewhere around 1850. I will have 4 AP classes by the time I graduate along with some honors classes. I have a job with a catering company, I volunteer outside school including at a local elementary school where I helped first graders. I am in key club and I have played baseball since I was 5, I also play golf. Apart from the low sat scores I think I have a pretty decent package to offer. I will be taking the ACT this weekend. So how do you guys think my chances are? Thanks for the help!

Well Clemson doesn’t really look at extracurriculars so you can forget about those since they are primarily a number based school. For the SAT, you’ve got to get it up to 1150 at least on CR/MATH to have a shot at getting in. I’m not exactly sure how good a 3.8 weighted GPA is but most people who get into Clemson have at the very least a B+ average.
Good luck!

I think that you have a decent chance of getting in! However, it also depends what major you want to go into. The honors and AP classes are a must and work hard to get that SAT up. Good luck.
