What are my chances at Columbia College (ED)?

<p>Hey, I am a white male from Georgia, and I was wondering what are my chances at Columbia College (ED)? I am planning to major in economics.</p>

<p>Looks pretty good to me. Your dedication to a few EC's is very helpful. Make sure you write a creative essay that catches their attention and maybe I will see you on campus in 2006.</p>

<p>well, what can i say? your stats are very good, but they are not the only thing you'll need in order to get in...
i'm sure you've read other chances posts, and you know approximately (spelling?) what to expect
keep it up that way (and if you have nothing to do, you can retake SAT and get a little bit higher score, just to be sure) hehe

<p>your chances look really good. It seems everyone on this board wants to be an econ major at columbia (myself included). Hopefully the admissions office does not get picky about who they accept based upon major; do the adcoms do that or do they assume many will change their interests?</p>

<p>also you seem to be on the business end of economics so i guess that is different than people who are more interested in the social science and research aspects.</p>
