What are my chances at Columbia?

I’m a high school sophomore studying for my IB diploma and taking AP courses whenever I can. My school is not the best, we don’t have the highest quality education, our teachers aren’t the best, and there’s not very many after school activities that are useful. However, I am trying to take advantage of whatever I can and have helped improve the school when i comes to clubs and charities.

My GPA as of first semester sophomore year is 4.39 and my classes are as follows:
7th- Information Technology, Honors Algebra I, Honors Spanish II
8th- Principles of Business and Marketing, Honors Algebra II, Spanish III
9th- Acting, Health and PE I, AFJROTC, Pre-IB English 9, Pre-IB Biology, Pre-IB Algebra II/Trig, AP World History, IB Spanish IV
10th- Economics and Personal Finance, Health and PE II, Pre-IB English 10, Pre-IB Chemistry, Pre-IB Pre-Calculus, AP Government, AP Micro/Macroeconomics, IB Spanish V

These are the courses I am planning to take (and will):
11th: IB ToK/IB History of the Americas, IB Spanish VI, IB English 11, IB World History Topics, IB Chemistry I, IB Math Topics I, IB Psychology I, AP Art History, AP US Government: Comparitive, AP Environmental Science
12: IB ToK: IB English 12, IB American History, IB Chemistry II, IB Math Topics II, IB Psychology II, AP Spanish, AP Human Geography, AP European History

The Clubs I am in and the positions are as follows:
Film Club (started by me): President
International Club: President
Archery Club
Youth Commission (big deal in my city): Secretary
Spanish Club (Spanish Honor Society next year/pending)
Debate Club
Charity Club (still unnamed because I’m starting it): President
Model UN (starting it): President
History Honor Society (pending)
Literally anything I do for CAS because it takes up a lot of time
I also have a pending big internship abroad at a billion dollar company coming up summer of junior year

My PSAT was nothing special and I didn’t study at all (I know it’s bad and I am trying to improve): 1260

If I stay on track and focus more on a few passions, do you think I can get in? I would love it for some alumni or current students to respond, as I really would value that input, as I would if anybody replied. Thanks and please suggest if there’s anything I could be doing better!

You are a competitive applicant. You want to get at least a 33 on the ACT or a 1500 on the SAT, with two 700s+ on SAT subject tests. Also, I wouldn’t recommend being in so many clubs. Colleges like Columbia want depth over breadth for your ECs. Find what interests you and pursue it. Be a leader in some clubs and get awards that show your skill in a certain subject matter. Perhaps start thinking about your essay topics, as for a student with good grades and standardized test scores, essays can often get you accepted
