I am applying to UC Santa Barbara, UC San Diego, San Diego State University, UC Irvine, and Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. I have an accumulative 3.3 GPA unweighted and 3.44 weighted. I got a 29 on the ACT and an 1840 on the SAT (Critical Reading 600 Math 640 Writing 600). I took AP Biology last year and got a 4 on the AP exam. I am taking 2 AP classes this year. I am highly involved in extracurriculars which is the main reason I am applying to some of these top tier schools. I am a student board member for a non-profit organization and play varsity lacrosse. The last thing that I think could help my chances is that I am from a remote island off the coast of Madagascar, shows diversity etc. So what would my chances be of getting into these schools? Thanks for your time.
P.S. I live in California
