What are my chances at getting into a good college?

I don't know if I'm posting this in the right section. But anyways, I'd like to know what my chances are of getting into a decent college.

So basically, I just finished the first semester of my freshman year in highschool. I didn't do as well as I should of, but I didn't completely fail. I pushed myself into AP Human Geography which I really shouldn't have. Here are my grades from Quarter 1-2, Semester grades, and GPA.

Quarter 1:
Spanish 3 Honors - A
Marketing Essentials - A
AP Human Geography - F
Geometry - C+
Multimedia - A
Biology Honors - A
English Honors - A

Quarter 2:
Spanish 3 Honors - A
Marketing Essentials - A
AP Human - C
Geometry - C+
Multimedia - A
Biology Honors - B+
English Honors - B

Semester Grades:
Spanish - A
Marketing - A
AP Human - D
Geometry - C
Multimedia - A
Biology - B+
English Honors - B

GPA:
Cumulative GPA: 3.2857
Academic Core GPA: 3.3333
Weighted Cumul. GPA: 4
Class Ranking: 58 out of 806

I was terribly sick in the first quarter and beginning of 2nd quarter and actually wound up in the hospital. I went from D's / F's, and even an I (incomplete) to the grades listed above, so I did improve my grades after getting sick.

So basically all I'd like to know is what are my chances of getting into a good college if I maintain a B+ average for all of my classes next semester. I am going to try my best. I'm really motivated to do well. However, I want to know how bad these grades (specially AP Human) are going to impact me and how much they'll ruin my chances at a good college. Will these grades hurt me in the long run even if I improve tremendously, or will colleges see the improvement and ignore the bad grades? Thank you so much!
