-Junior Olympic Men's Volleyball player,
-God, Flag, Country Speech winner; invitee to state tournament,
-Junior Council in World Affairs; placed 13th in regional 2006; placed 5th 2007,
-Selected as a mentor for the DARE program sophomore and junior years,
-Published in Minds Eye(Publication Magazine)
-Ski Club
-Rock climbing club
-Muse Machine
-Math Club
-Spanish Club
-Art Club
-Dedicated Individuals Rebuilding Tomorrow Today
-Volunteering at Hospital 70 hrs
-Interning with Infection Control Practitioner at Greene Memorial 130 hrs</p>

<p>Cut down on the laundry list and you'll do fine.</p>

<p>I plan on retaking both the SAT and ACT and I will edit the EC's on the application to put the more important stuff...have any other advice that might help?</p>

<p>Definitely get your SAT's/ACT's up. Other than that it looks pretty good. How are your Essay/Recommendations?</p>

<p>I'd say pretty good. One is from my Spanish teacher and one is from my history teacher...one I knew from freshman and other I knew from sophomore year. Good or bad Idea?</p>

<p>If those teachers know you well enough, go for it. One of my recommendations will be from a teacher who taught me AP World History (and is also my AP Econ teacher now) sophomore year, but she is also my Quiz Bowl coach.</p>

<p>26 ACT won't cut it, you need to raise that by at least 4 points, but it's def. do-able</p>
