What are my chances at Harvey mudd, Rice, Carnegie Mellon

I am interested in studying electrical or mechanical engineering and was hoping to get some feedback on my chances at various schools like Harvey mudd, Rice, and Carnegie Mellon.

Thank you

ACT: 34
SAT II: math 2 (770) Chemistry (800)
currently my overall gpa is a 3.4 but it has been going up and was a 3.75 junior year.
-while I did have a lower gpa freshman year for the most part I have suffered from quite
bad learning disabilities through middle school and the beginning of high school.
-I go to an small private school (ranked in the top 40 in the country) that does not class rank or weight GPAs.
-I have taken honors classes and ap classes (4 this year).
5 ap chemistry
5 ap macro
4 ap micro
-I am the head of my schools engineering team of 20 this year and was leader of the electronics group least year. (spend about 15 hours a week)
-I play have played on the varsity tennis team but because of wrist injury I now play ultimate frisbee.
-I have over 60 hours of community service
-I am a vary good artist and photographer and have won multiple award in the scholastic art and writing awards.
-I have done many multi week summer engineering programs
-I will also be including an art portfolio in my applications.
-I have always like to build thing I have done stuff like build my own 3d printer from scratch.
-I have also built and programed my own quadrocopter using a bare micro controller.

How much math have you taken?

5 math classes in all of high school

What was the highest level math class?

Judging from your GPA I would say your best chance is at CMU (Reach). It doesn’t seem to care as much about class rank & GPA. It is more about rigor and good standardized test scores. My feeling is, Rice & Mudd are a little more hung up on class rank and GPA etc, so your chances might not be as good with them.

Yeah cmu would be your best bet!
Maybe William and Mary?

Mudd loves quadcopters. Your GPA is your weakest point, but that is easily explained by the learning disabilities you struggled through. Engineering team is a big deal. You have a solid chance at CMU and Mudd, both schools I got into. I’m not certain on what rice is looking for.

CMU does not factor in freshman grades. If you are an upward trend, this would help.
