- One of 3 musicians from New York State that was selected to participate in the National Trustees’ Summer Music Institute/National Symphony Orchestra Summer Music Institute at Kennedy Center. Received the Kennedy Grant, was awarded a full scholarship to the institute. People who tried out for this program were in the age range of 14-21; applicants included college students from renowned conservatories in New York State (Julliard, Eastman, MSM,NEC). The program selected the top 50 musicians in the country from 36 different states to participate in the Institute. Students participated in ensembles, chamber music, lectures, and private lessons and coachings from members of the National Symphony Orchestra. Summer 2005.<br>
- Received perfect score of 100 on NYSMMA All State violin audition(will be going to all state senior year)
- Received score of 99 on NYSMMA Clarinet All State audition

<p>continuing the ego boosting, but on the tennis side...Ranked #4 in the Northeast? Damn. The best guy on our squad of 30something is like ranked #30 in the Midwest or something. $hit man, doing all that and being that good at tennis? Wow.</p>
