What are my chances at Johns Hopkins, Rice, Emory, Cornell, Columbia, Duke Stanford?

I'm currently a middle class student of North African origin. I was going to apply to the following schools and wondered what my chances were:

JHU
Rice
Emory
Cornell
Duke
Stanford
Columbia
UT-Austin

GPA: 3.86 (unwieghted)
3.92 (weighted)

coursework has included all pre-ap classes possible along with AP Human Geography (3), WHAP (4), APUSH (5), and AP Lang (5).
senior coursework includes:
AP English Lit
AP Calculus BC
AP Statistics
AP Biology
Medical Microbiology/Pathophysiology
Pre-AP Spanish III
Video Game Tech

SAT: 2100 (750 Reading, 690 Math, 660 Writing)
ACT: waiting for scores
SAT II's: taking bio and math level 2 next month

EC's:
-JV/Varsity Soccer for 3 yrs
-HOSA (secretary) senior year
-UIL Academics Current Events for 2 yrs
-Science Fair freshman year (advanced to state)
-Science Olympiad senior year

i've been on the academic honor roll all of high school of course and was recognized at the regional science fair thus advancing to state, i have also won awards at district competition for UIL Current Events and i am an AP scholar with honor.

Volunteer Work (150-200 hrs)
-helped repaint house working with muslim-jewish interfaith organization
-led youth prayers during holy month of ramadan
-helped teachers of a religious part-time school with students
-worked at library with shelving books, etc.

I am also going to begin teaching at a Weekend Islamic school started by my parent. This is a paying job.

Also not mentioned is the fact that from the summer following my freshman year until now i have been in a program where students memorize the entire Quran (Koran). This is a major commitment that takes several years and I have had to attend classes throughout the year and all during the summer. It is especially tough considering I play soccer and have to work with my other EC's along with the AP workload.

I want to major in public health and become an epidemiologist. I have a great interest in diseases and am inspired by Richard Preston's work, who I plan to write an essay about.

My recs should be good as well

You’re GPA and test scores are great! Any leadership roles in your EC activities? Honestly, Standford, Duke, and Columbia are longshots, but I’d still say you have a chance.
