Your GPA is good but you SAT is just around admission average for McCormick and UMich CoE. The admission rate at McCormick was around 11% last year which the OOS admission rate at UMich CoE should be below 20% too (27.7% including in state and OOS students last year). Assuming you will get good SAT2 score for NU (UMich does not require SAT2), NU would be a reach while UMich would be a low reach.
