What are my chances at Northeastern University?

<p>I go to a public school in Southern California. My dream school is Northeastern in Boston and I will probably apply early action. </p>

AP Psych (self-studied):4
AP Stats:4</p>

<p>I took english 100, 201 and pre-cal and calc at a community college. </p>

Attended National Youth Leadership Conference
300 hrs. community service (library and volunteering at pharmacy)
work-experience (2 jobs)
Intern at Cardio Vascular foundation
I am in Best Buddies, NHS, Interact Club, Started a club at school to help students with homework and raising their grades
Principal's Star Award- 2 years</p>

<p>My class rank is 45 out of 770.
My ACT score was 28.</p>

<p>It's looking very good. I would be very surprised if you didn't get in, but don't just set your hopes on one school... if you pull your ACT up by a few points, I would say you have a solid shot at Boston College (if you really want to go to Boston).</p>

<p>I think that you're practically in. The only thing I may consider is your ACT score, but I think that you'd be fine with your solid GPA, ECs, and college classes. One of my best friends is going there next year, and I think that you're just, if not more, qualified. Good luck!!!</p>
