At first glance, GPA seems a bit low. SAT may be within the middle 50% (check your breakdown against the chart), ACT at 75th percentile. If you apply soon after the app opens, you should have a decent shot. 
@bodangles would applying DUS give me a greater chance of getting accepted? If I do, when would I decide my major?
As far as I know – which (DISCLAIMER) isn’t much, as I applied directly to the college of engineering – applying to DUS would probably increase your chances, and it doesn’t affect you much as far as classes. Just follow the recommended academic plan for your intended major, and you apply to your major at the end of sophomore year with everyone else.
