Is 3.64 your UC/CSU recalculated GPA?
If so, your CSU eligibility index = 3.64 * 800 + 1260 = 4172.
http://www.sjsu.edu/admissions/impaction/impactionresultsfreshmen/index.html says that 2017 frosh admission threshold for SJSU software engineering was 3900. However, it used a modified eligibility index of GPA * 800 + (SATM * 3 + SATRW) / 2. Also, thresholds may differ this year.

I think you will get into SF, SJ and UCM. UCSC is a coin toss and UCD, probably not.

If you wrote some killer essays, I’d consider dropping Davis to maybe a low reach/high match, but other than that all of the other comments in this thread have basically hit it on spot.
