I know this isnt very impressive, but what do u think my chances are?

Wow... you are bent on getting into a UC huh? Most of my friends and I just applied to 1 or 2 maybe 3.

Anyways, u look like u got a wonderful chance, even for berkley or LA, i heard they dont take much overseas but here in Hong Kong in my school we still got a couple acceptance and their stats, as far as i know, are nowhere near yours.

got a question though...wut happened to ur GPA? for a person getting high SATs like that i would have expected a slightly higher GPA than 3.0, i don't know if that may come into play when the decision comes but i heard the UCs prefer a good GPA over high SATs

Well your SAT and SATII's definitely reflect your true ability to succeed, and those EC'S are great too. However, it's your GPA that really kills you (like me) but UCR is a gaurentee. For the other UC's it's not always predictable~

Your SATs and ECs are above average.
However, your GPA is very low in comparison with the schools that you are applying to.
UC Davis average weighted: 3.89
UC Berkeley average weighted: 4.33
The minimum GPA is 2.8 for California residents, 3.4 for nonresidents
Nevertheless, Good luck

unfortunantly for you, most uc's weigh gpa considerably higher than sat. I would consider berk/ucla/ucsd all reaches, with irvine/sb/davis slight reach/matches, probably closer to matches. its gonna be tough to get into berk/la/sd with your gpa, but you never know it has been done, and you have an excellent sat.
