What are my chances at Temple and George Mason?

I am currently a high school senior in PA and would like to know my chances with a low but late-blooming GPA. I have been accepted to branch campuses affiliated with Penn State and Pitt but would much rather go to George Mason or Temple. I plan on majoring in political science. Here are my stats:

Freshman GPA: 2.0
Sophomore GPA: 2.8
Junior GPA: 4.0
Cumulative GPA: 2.95
My GPA for the first quarter of my senior year is a 4.0.

AP's w/ grades:
AP US History (A)
AP English (next semester)

SAT's:
Math: 520
Verbal: 570

Extra-curriculars:
John Kerry's Presidential Campaign, MoveOn, Democracy for America, America Coming Together, and the Democratic National Committee.

My brother is attending George Mason.

What are my chances? My grade trends have improved throughout my high school career but did they bloom too late? Your insight would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmpppppppppp

"John Kerry's Presidential Campaign, MoveOn, Democracy for America, America Coming Together, and the Democratic National Committee."

Socialist, eh? You DO understand that the great economics professor Walter Williams teaches at George Mason?

J/K. I think your EC's look good, the political theme is what I'm going to try to use for myself as well, as far as chances go I'm not sure. George Mason is supposedly very selective I hear. Best of wishes.

Lol, well it's not like I volunteered for the Dennis Kucinich campaign! I mean MoveOn is pretty far left, but I wouldn't calm them socialists.

i think you have a great shot at temple but im not to familiar with george mason.
best of luck!
