<p>I think you already know that your rank is what will really hold you back. However, you still have a shot. Don’t apply to capped majors (i.e. engineering) and write all of the essays (including C even though it’s optional). Get your application in ASAP(I can’t emphasize that enough) and show what you will contribute to the school. </p>
