What are my chances at the following (mentioned below)

-Bucknell University
-Cornell
-Notre Dame
-Schreyer’s Honors College
-Carnegie

I’m a Sohomore, but I’ll list my stats just for reference. I want to have goals to work towards.

PSAT: 1310
GPA: 100.67
Rank: 53/600
AP’s: World(3),
Classes: I’ve done World, AP Gov, Microecon, Psych. Next year I’m doing AP chem, bio, as well as IB German and English

EC (this is what I’m worried about… Idk if what I’m doing is enough?):

Indian Classical dance for 10 years
Key Club (2 years)
Speech and Debate (2 years, Co-Captain)
Mini-Thon (2 years)
Girl Scouts, got my bronze pin
Volunteer Work towards community (regularly)
Youth Ambassador for Global Volunteer Network
Worked at Kumon previously
Volunteering at a hospital in summer
Going to a biomedical program in the summer

Eventually, I will be in NHS (GPA is what gets you in, I meet the requirements)

My plan for next year is to add on a science club, as well as do a leadership program in my area. I intend on getting a medical internship and possibly getting accepted to a governor’s school(hopefully… fingers crossed?)

I guess a key thing to note is that I’m good at writing essays, so that will be a strong point for me.

I know it’s not much info, but I was hoping for an estimate. Thanks!

Sophomore is too early to chance accurately, and one of your choices (Schreyer) is pretty much impossible to chance at all – they consider essays too highly to predict their decisions, and the essays aren’t usually academic (Analyze this text through a feminist lens!) or personal (Tell me about a time you…). One of the ones from my application year was “Who would you put on a new Mt. Rushmore, and where would you build it?”

If you have any questions about life at Schreyer let me know (finishing up sophomore year, ChemE). Otherwise, work your hardest and apply to a wide range of schools and let the chips fall where they may.
