What are my chances at the Ivy League's

Hi Everyone,
So I'm an international student and i go to a very prestigious IB school, i was lazy during freshman and sophomore year but have been on an upward trend since the beginning of 11th grade, so here's where i stand now:

GPA: 3.2(un-weighted)
Rank: 30/90
Predicted IB score: 41 (/42 excluding bonus points)
SAT Score: 2170 (Math: 800 Critical Reading: 620 Writing: 750), good for international students.
Extra Curricular's:
-Theatre: Prestigious Plays and Performances for Charity
-Community Service: Labor work in charity foundations for orphans, founder of my own charity fund, deliver royal aid packages.
-Worked at summer camp helping children.
-Worked at and advertising firm.
-National team member of brazilian jiu jitsu.
-Built a guitar if that counts.
-Volunteered for animal welfare organizations.
-Participated in Government simulation and debate programs including Harvard Model Congress and MUN, including being a co-founder of a new mun commitee in a local conference.
-Attended Summer courses in Columbia and upenn.
and i speak 5 languages, including one that is very rare.

I have still not taken the sat subject tests, i will do that in senior year.

Given that i explain in my essay why my freshman and sophomore years braught down my gpa, what are my chances of getting into any ivy league university, especially harvard, columbia and penn. and what colleges should i apply to?

Low your GPA is awful

Given your rank, you have no chance without a major hook at the ivies.

The good news is there are over 4000 colleges in the US. What country are you from and are you seeking financial aid?

Very low. Even if you do explain your problems in your essay, the chances of you being accepted are low. You have a low rank, low GPA, boring ECs, and no awards or honors listed. Your SAT isnt great either. Even if you are an international student, most Ivy’s will stack you with the rest of their applicants

Being lazy as the reason for your low freshman and sophomore year GPA is not a valid reason and will probably make a bad essay. Medical problems, for example, are valid reasons for low GPAs.
