So my top choices for schools right now are:
American
GW
Emerson
NYU
I have a 3.68 unweighted GPA and a 4.2 weighted GPA… I went test optional for AU, GW, and Emerson but my SAT is a 1250 (which I know is on the low side).
I’ve taken all honors/AP course classes throughout until this year in math. I dropped down because I finished 10th grade math with a 75 and 11th grade with a 79, right now I have a 93. My ap course level looks like this:
10th- none really offered
11th- ap lit and ap u.s. history (3 on lit, 4 on apush)
12th- ap politics and govt, ap french, ap lang, ap psychology, and ap human geography
I want to either go into justice and law, politics, communications, or psychology
My essays and LORs were very good
ECs:
3 years of being class president
3 years of color guard in the marching band

3 years of drama club, also served as a co-director for an elementary school show

1.2 years job at Subway (I close the store by myself at night, a ton of responsibility)

I applied for the Honors Program at American as well as the FDDS.
Let me know!
