I love the schools you applied to, and they were schools I were considering as well. However, you should know that you should have safety schools on that list as well. Many of those schools have very low admission statistics and are often considered somewhat reaches even for the best of students. This is also important because unless they promise 100 of need, merit aid, or in state tuition, it may be difficult to attend even after accepted. Are you in state for any of those schools? That could be beneficial when applying. Get some safety and match schools in there, 9 schools with <30% acceptance rates won’t help if it limits your choices in the long run.

Your course rigor, job experience, and first generation college students will definitely be a plus when applying. As you have noted yourself, you may want to improve your SAT scores or try the ACT. Your involvement in MUN and piano seem to be very admirable, but some of the other activities seem a little scattered. To boot, make sure you have a stunning essay and work on those supplements over the summer if possible. Good luck

Thank you shawnspencer! I am actually instate for UVA, Virginia Tech, William and Mary and VCU! Thank you for your advice and I will be sure to follow it :)

UCLA is a high reach because you are OOS

Doesn’t look good for any of these schools. Your an ORM with a gpa and sat score that is lower than the 50th percentile for the schools and your ECs are average. If you live in Virginia or California, you can get into the state schools.
