The only schools I’m familiar enough with to chance you on are the ones in CA… I agree that your test scores aren’t super high, but then, they fall within the range of scores UCLA, Berkeley, and U of Southern California typically accept. Also, as everyone else has been saying, your EC’s are really interesting and will definitely help you to stand out. High scores are not everything; I know of a CA resident with an SAT score of around 2100 who applied to and was rejected from several UCs… This student had no ECs and no volunteer work. They are looking for well-rounded students, and I think you have an average chance of getting in, especially if your essays are good.
