<p>I genuinely think you have a great shot- GPA is awesome, and ACT is great, as well- I am sure, you could get a 35 or 36 with a calculator, though 
plus, Berkeley and UCLA are attempting to expand their OOS admitted pool. there was an article published a few weeks ago, regarding this- I will link it, if I can find it.</p>
