UC GPA is around 3.04
SAT is 1850
I got 770 and 600 on my Subject Tests
Some Extracurriculars here and there + volunteering

You’re automatically accepted because you meet the UC Eligibility Index. Congrats!

Don’t let your GPA drop below a 3.00 though and no D’s or F’s!@#

Automatically accepted to UCR, or could you end up denied there and admitted to Merced? (Asking for son)

I believe it’s both according to my counselor. I also forgot to mention that a 3.00 GPA requierment is for in-state applicants and a 3.400 GPA requirement is for out of state applicants.

Actually UCR does not accept all UC eligible students any longer…they have started to become a selective campus

My GPA in BSc Mechanical Engineering is 2.45/4, my TOEFL and GRE scores are 98/120 ann 1170 (V: 420, Q: 750, AWA: 3) respectively. Morevoer, I have 3 published books, 1 patent, 2 submitted papers, some software and programming proficiencies and a honor of OUTSTANDING RESEARCHER. How do you evaluate my chances to get admission in graduate studies of UC Riverside?
