What are my chances at UCF?

<p>Hey guys, I was wondering how good my chances are at getting into UCF. I want to study mechanical engineering. Here's my scores and whatnot...
GPA - around 4.3 give or take .1 (haven't seen the official in a while)</p>

<p>SAT - 1790
Math- 630
CR - 590
Writing- 570</p>

<p>ACT -28
Math - 32
Reading-28
Science-28
English -24</p>

<p>Clubs:
Robotics
Freshman Football
NHS
BETA
Foriegn Language Club
Fellowship of Christian Athletes</p>

<p>My main concern are my test scores. I'm taking the act again soon but was wondering if I needed to make myself get a higher score or if I shouldn't even worry about them.</p>

AP Calc
Weightlifting
AP Gov.
Bible</p>

<p>UCF isn’t very hard to get in – it’s one of the reason it’s the 2nd most populated state university in the country. Anything above a 3.0 is fair game to get accepted to UCF for most depts.</p>

<p>In, imo. I’d apply early just so spots don’t fill up though - many people procrastinate and end up getting rejected from a shoo-in school. good luck!</p>
