What are my chances at UC's, Tufts and Williams?

So I'm a senior in the full IB program, my gpa is a 4.22 weighted, but a 3.7 unweighted. I am applying to UCSD, UCI, UCB, UCLA, Tufts, Williams, Smith, Wellesley, Scripps, and Oberlin. My SAT's are absolutely horrible, (Chemistry's SAT particularly bad I just took subject test, but I haven't taken the class for like 7 months) and my GPA is not that great. Does any one have an idea of what my chances at acceptance at any of these schools might be? A lot of people on this site like to mention their ethnicity...I'm a half white half Asian female
