What are my chances at UC's?

Hi, I'm a sophmore this year, but i was curious of my chances in getting into UC Berkely, UCLA, or any of the other UCs. I'm thinking about majoring in engineering or computer science. It's a little early, but I was wondering about my chances since most of the people at my school who are juniors who have 4.0 gpa's are worried.

I go to James Logan High, which is one of the largest schools in California with more than 4500 students enrolled this year. My class alone has more than 1100.

I get only A's and B's

My current GPA is 4.15 (W) and 3.65 (UW)
Class rank of 152 (86% Percentile)

Testing:

I'm just curious of my chances into any of the higher colleges. Thanks for your time.

UCB/UCLA: Reach (Engineering)

Also, are there any classes I should take to give me a better chance? I've always wanted to go to these two schools, but I guess I messed up. I know I don't have a lot of EC, so should I do more? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
