What are my chances to getting into UF? If i raise my act score what will my chances be and how will many points will i need to raise it? Also what else can i do this year and my senior year to get into UF? (i am also out of state if that affects anything)

UF is a number school, meaning they are mainly going to look at your GPA and test scores because they have so many applicants. You’re definitely going to want to get that ACT or try the SAT. Other than that you look great! Good luck!

If your GPA is a 3.89 unweighted, I would say that you’re in pretty good shape. If it’s a 3.89 weighted, however, then it’s definitely a bit on the low side. I would try to bring it up to over a 4.0 weighted.
As for the ACT, UF’s middle 50% accepted score is a 25-30. If you can get your ACT up into that raise, it would certainly raise your chances a lot.
Good luck!!
