<p>i'm currently a junior with a 3.8 weighted gpa, asian female living in california </p>
<p>-played guitar for four years, took the guitar course at my school and lessons outside of school
-took many honors classes, ap bio, ap lang, ap us history and passed all of them with a B or higher
-next year taking ap music theory, ap environmental science, ap psychology, ap stats, and ap lit </p>
<p>-currently have been working/interning at a local record store for a year now
-just formed a small band, but nothing big
-connections with people from local radio stations and other small bands around orange county and such
-worked at my dads company for a while which sells professional audio equipment
-grandmother was a famous vietnamese music producer before she passed and grandfather a musician
-SAT score and ACT not so good, a 1540 and 23</p>
<p>what are my chances? i know usc is very competitive but i really want to go into the music industry since i'm deeply in love with music and it's my entire life, just dunno where to start</p>
<p>also what other schools should i take into consideration for this? </p>
