What are my chances at Vanderbilt and Emory?

Title says it all. My top school choices are as follows: Vanderbilt, Emory, UC Berkeley, and UCSD. Here are my credentials/information:
-Caucasian male
-Junior in my second semester in high school in Georgia
-Salutatorian of a class of 638
-Have taken about 5 AP Courses so far and have scored 4's and 5's on the exams. My senior year will be rigorous and consist of five AP Classes (so that I will have ten in total): AP Physics B, AP Calculus AB, AP Calculus BC, AP Microeconomics, AP English Literature, Physics 2 Gifted/Honors (pre-req for AP Physics B), and two other electives
-Will take the SAT soon but based off of my PSAT scores and how I've been performing on practice tests, I estimate I will be in the 2100-2200 range or higher.
-Numerous EC's including being an active Eagle Scout, numerous hours of volunteering at my local hospital in the Emergency Room (ER) and with a neurologist in Florida, Vice-President of NHS, member of NHHS (National Hispanic Honor Society), soon-to-be member SNHS (Science National Honor Society), Treasurer of the Rotary Interact Club, Treasurer of the Spanish Club, member of Senior Beta, member of the Science Bowl club (our two teams place first and second at the sub-regional competition), and I also have a large amount of volunteering hours with Habitat for Humanity and the Humane Society.
-Unweighted GPA of 4.0
-Weighted GPA of 5.1
-Family income is a little above 100k
-Many of my teachers and my counselor love me and would be more than willing to write strong LORs for me
-I have been accepted to attend the Georgia Governor's Honors program in Mathematics for four weeks this summer
-Recipient of the President's Award for Academic Achievement twice and have had straight A's my entire life
-I have also received highest GPA awards in mathematics, literature, and biology in both my freshman and sophomore years.
-I am a very good essay writer and consistently score 7.5's and 8's on my AP English Language essays that we write on almost a daily basis (scored out of a 9)

I know these are top tier schools that are very difficult to get into. Any tips or constructive criticism that would enhance my chances of getting accepted are greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Looks like a reasonable list. As for Berkeley and UCSD, they don’t give aid to OOS students, are your parents willing to pay the $50K plus for what could be more than 4 years?

um, Calculus BC covers everything in Calculus AB, why take both in the same year when you can only take one test (I believe they are administered during the same time/day)?

I’m taking Calc AB in the first semester and BC in the second semester. I’m just going to take the BC exam as it covers AB plus other information as well. Are you sure Berkeley and UCSD do not give aid to out of state students? I was looking into it a while ago and I was sure I read that they did. I know the tuition is more expensive for those that are out of state. By the way, I will probably retake the SAT before applying ED II to Vandy so that I have a higher score to report along with taking the subject tests in Math I, Math II, and Biology.

The most important factor in the college admissions process is SAT/ACT scores, do well on those, and you could get in almost anywhere.

I’m not sure how your school works but if you do AB 1st semester and BC 2nd semester, you never learn how to do solids of revolution. Why not BC both semesters?
