doubtful, you have no biology or medical-related ECs

what can i do to help my chances?

Your ACT score is very low even if you get it up to a 30. The middle 50% scores for accepted students was 32 - 35 in 2015. (http://admissions.vanderbilt.edu/profile/)

I don’t agree with the above poster that you need medical related extra-curricular activities to help your chances. At Vanderbilt, students don’t actually have to declare a major until end of sophomore year. You seem to have plenty of activities, so keep on doing what you’re doing and study hard to get that ACT score up. Applying ED is a good idea to increase your chances, as the ED acceptance rate was 23.6% compared to the RD acceptance rate of 8.8%. (http://admissions.vanderbilt.edu/vandybloggers/)

Also, you may want to apply EDII instead of EDI, so that you can get a 4.0UW GPA first semester senior year if possible. If you apply EDII, they will only have freshman to junior year grades to evaluate you on. Your GPA is on the lower side, and if you can improve your grades, it will increase your chances as well.
