What Are My Chances at Wake Forest or UNC Chapel Hill

I'll try to keep this as short as possible.
Weighted GPA: Around 4.0 Unweighted: 3.2
I've taken all honors courses.
I will graduate with both my high school diploma and A.A. degree from a good community college.
SAT: I don't want to talk about it... (I prefer the ACT, I won't apply with the SAT)
ACT: Comp: 25
English: 25
Math: 17 (abysmal, I know)
Reading: 36 (Yay, a good score!)
Science: 23
Writing: 7, combined eng/writing: 23
I plan on retaking the ACT since I was terribly unprepared the first time I took it (I fell asleep during the science portion). I expect to get 3-5 points higher my second time.
Class rank: 2/14

Extracurricular: Lacking as of now. I am in the process of forming a Key Club for my school. I also asked my adviser to help me look for other academic extracurricular activities. I tried to form a debate team, but failed miserably as I seem to be the only person at my school interested in intellectual debate...

I may be able to help tutor other high school students as well as community college students. Would that be an impressive extracurricular?

I graduate early in December of 2015.

I am in-state.
