A good school to consider for great merit aid is Univ of Alabama. That one would probably meet all of your criteria. Also check out Univ of AZ. Other schools to consider are LSU, Ole’ Miss, Miss State, Texas State, and Auburn. These schools aren’t cutthroat selective about CS either. You really don’t want that for a CS degree. It’s ridiculously employable regardless of what school you choose.
