preface: I am not a CS expert, and there are people on CC who are! But, in my not-expert / just on what I hear view, you have other schools on your list that have stronger CS programs than UMiami (Fl, yes?), Vandy, BU and Drexel, and BU and Drexel don’t tick your weather box. Because you said that you wanted to cut your list, that seemed an obvious place to start
