What are my chances (EA?)

Hi, I am a high school senior seriously thinking of applying to Georgetown. I am from the NC area, if this is of any relevance.
Info:
GPA: 4.0 unweighted, 4.83333 weighted
Class Rank: 14/457
SAT: 2220 overall (760 Reading, 690 Math, 770 Writing, 9 essay) one sitting
ACT: 33 Composite (36 reading, 30 Math, 35 English, 30 Science, 9 writing) one sitting
APs: I took APUSH, AP English Lang and Comp, AP Psych, and APES my junior year (all 5s on exams.) Will take AP Calc AB and BC, AP GOPO, and AP English Lit and Comp Senior year.
Class Rigor: I am taking 4 honors and 4 APs my senior year. I did the same junior year. Freshman and Sophomore years were both 4 Honors and 4 Academics (my school did not permit 9th and 10th graders to take APs.) If I get all As this year I will graduate with a 5.0 GPA.
I will not be reporting my race.

Extracurriculars:
Marching Band (all years): Equipment Manager and Alto Saxophone Section Leader.
Piano (8 years of private lessons): I can play at an early advanced to advanced level and plan to continue pursuing piano.
Work (11th and 12th): Cashier at a grocery store.
Key Club (10th): about 40 hours of service
North Carolina Museum of Art Volunteer (10th and 11th): About 20-25 hours total.
Debate Club (9th, 11th, and 12th): Co-President.
Drama Club (11th and 12th)
Track Team (10th)
National Honor Society (11th and 12th): Only 11th and 12th graders are permitted in NHS at my school.
Math Honor Society (12th)
Music Honor Society (12th): Was not offered at my school till senior year.
Attended two programs for prospective students of UNC Chapel Hill: Heels for Success and Project Uplift.

Essays: My teachers adored my essays.
Recommendations: They will be very good, I got them from the English teacher who sponsors the debate club (I have an excellent relationship with him) and my band director, who I see the most because of marching and concert band. My counselor will write an excellent one as well.

What are my chances for getting into Georgetown? Since I don't live close by, I would like to know more about the university as well. What are its best programs? Do they have a strong music program (I intend to minor in music)? What are its less strong programs (doubt there are any)? What is campus life like? Is it in a safe place in DC?

Current Gtown sophomore here. Like the chances, would say maybe go ahead and try SAT again but the ACT score is really solid. I’d say make sure you ace the interview, which it sounds like you will. Also, what is your school type/size? How many apply here each year?

Program wise, Georgetown, in my honest opinion, is THE best place to be for IR and Government. Moreover, the overall academic quality of education here I believe places Georgetown with Ivy league schools excluding HYP. At Georgetown you get a full, balanced education and you go out into the real world with all the skills you need to succeed. I chose to come here over Penn and haven’t once regretted it.

Thanks very much for responding!
I am not taking the SAT again (I hadn’t planned on it, and it’s too late anyway for EA.) Ironically, I was forced to take the ACT by my school and didn’t study for it.
My school is about 2000 kids, senior class of 457. It’s a very STEM-oriented public school. It’s not the most competitive school in my area, but it’s still one of the best around.
As far as I know, almost no one from my school applies to Georgetown. Most apply to schools in-state. Because of my school’s STEM focus, NC State’s engineering programs are extremely popular. A huge part of our alumni go there. Personally, UNC-CH is my top pick.
Are my extra-curriculars strong enough? I’m most worried about that.
How’s the vibe at Georgetown? I hear Vanderbilt has a preppy frat/sorority culture, which is not up my alley, and I know that Duke (which I’m applying to) is incredibly studious (too much so for my taste), but where does Georgetown fall on this spectrum?
