If this is national student leadership conference don’t put it down.
What award is student athlete? Is this the student athlete of the week/month/year type of thing?
Everything else looks good. ND is hard to get into but you have a high GPA so you have shot. SAT could be higher but it is still good.

I disagree with not putting down NSLC - it shows you pursued a summer academic program to hone your leadership skills. That is an admirable thing! I think your chances are good. I applied EA to ND too and am going crazy waiting for the decision. Good luck to you!
D is freshman at ND this year. You have a strong application with the only potential issue being your 2100 SAT. You’ve got nice ECs and very strong course rigor with a high GPA. Good luck
