What are my chances? Fail fail..

Okay, so I've become really nervous about my chances after looking at my standardized test scores (which are horrible btw).

Female.
Asian / born in USA
Going to be a senior this upcoming school year.
From Massachusetts.
Intended Major: Business

Junior Year Average GPA: 4.6 out of a 5.4 scale so I think that's like a 3.4?
Rank: 10 out of 300 something (almost 400)

Junior Classes:
Precalculus Adv
College Accounting 1 H
Graphics Communications H
AP US History
Chemistry H
Mandarin 3 Adv
AP English

Senior Classes:
AP Calculus AB
College Accounting 2
Economics H
AP European History
Physics H
AP Chinese 4
AP English

Test scores: dread
ACT - 25 .___. I did worse than all of my practice tests.
SAT:
- 1st one: 1540 ;x
- 2nd one: 1760
I think I'm gonna retake it one more time.. hopefully I get at least in the 1800s. It's always CR that screws me over.
SAT 2 Chinese: 790
SAT 2 Math Level I: 680

School clubs:
(I counted senior year since I'll most likely be doing the same things.)
- National Honor Society (11th, 12th)
- Foreign Language Honor Society (11th, 12th)
- Thomas Jefferson Forum (3 yrs)
- Future Business Leaders of America (2 yrs)
- Pride Committee (3 years)

EC:
- Kumon - in math (4+ years)
- Piano 8+ years
- Volunteer

These are my top 3 schools since I know I won't get in to anywhere better than these:
- Boston University
- Northeastern University
- Bentley

Umass Amherst (Safety school)

But I'm also curious about my chances in UCLA :x

I think it's my test scores that really screw me over. I try hard in school but standardized tests are just my worst enemies.

I also have a quick question. I hope it's okay to ask it here too.
I've checked the SAT/ACT deadlines to all of my intended schools and most of them are Jan 1 to Jan 15. Will it be too late for the deadline to take the SAT in December?

Thanks for any help!

Look at schools where standardized tests are optional-
Optional List | FairTest

Franklin and Marshall, Holy Cross, Union, Connecticut College, Bowdoin, Bates, Bard- with your good grades and rank, I think you'd do well applying to these.

^^ouch burn?

i don't think that was a burn at all, since that's the only 'flaw' in the OPs stats, a lot of those schools are GREAT schools and very difficult to get into with great scores.

Not at all- her grades and rank are fine, and these are all LACs that have high admissions standards- equal to and above BU, NE, and Bentley. They allow students with high rank to apply without SATs- and that's good.

Siglio, I see you are from California. The schools I mentioned are all very well-known, respected northeast LACs. People from the east coast know that it was not a burn.

Yes that was not a burn: Those are some of the nation's top LACs.

At any rate, I would say you have a shot at Northeastern even with a 25 ACT. For BU I would say get that score up a point or two and you will have a fair shot =]

Bowdoin, Bates, and Holy Cross are in the highest "Most Competitive" category of Barron's Profiles of American Colleges.
