<p>I couldn't find a Wayne state specific topic/forum so if this is in the wrong subforum I apologize. Basically, Wayne State has an event called Scholar's Day that everyone with a 3.5/21 ACT gets invited too. There are 1200 spots over 4 days (these 4 days are in February). Just by attending, your guaranteed 8,000 over 4 years. To be honest, I feel like I have a chance at a presidential scholarship which is 32,000 over 4 years (essentially a full ride). Hopefully someone with past experience with Scholar's day or someone who is familiar with Wayne State can help me out. Your scholarship is determined by GPA,ACT,Your 250 word essay and your interview there. </p>
<p>My stats are 3.83 (or 3.85 by the time this year's semester ends) and a 29 ACT. My friend told me that he got it with a 3.88 gpa and 28 ACT and he said that people with 3.6/3.7 and 26 ACT have gotten it before but that was over two years ago.</p>
