Hi everybody,

I am just wrapping up my sophomore year.
I finished the year with a 3.5 GPA on a 4.5 scale.

I am interested in business schools such as Babson and Fordham.

Extracurriculars:
-130 hours of volunteer service
-active member of FBLA and the Interact Club
-created my own after-school club called Full Court Peace. Currently have 20 members.
-worked with two basketball coaches to create a basketball camp for middle school children over the summer.
-accepted into a two month internship at the Attorney General's office.
-honor roll student throughout the year

I finished my freshman year with a 3.3 GPA.

Appreciate any feedback. Thanks!

Both Fordham and Babson require either the SAT or ACT for admission, so you would be rejected.

You haven’t given enough information for the schools to make an admissions decision, so how would less informed people on the internet be able to give you an even remotely accurate estimate of your chances?

Come back when you have satisfied all of the application requirements.

I’m sorry for not satisfying all of the application requirements, Energia.

As I stated in my thread, I am a SOPHOMORE. I’m not sure what you did in your sophomore year, but most of us do not have SAT or ACT scores yet.

I was merely wondering if I was on the right track for those two schools.

I appreciate your insolence.

Precisely, which is why no one would have the slightest clue as to whether you will get in or not.

Rather than wasting time on chances threads, sign up for a Parchment account (it’s free), and look at the user submitted admissions decisions for Fordham, Babson, and any other schools about which you are curious. These should give you a general understanding of how you need to perform to be accepted.

When you have more information about your application, you can even receive calculated percent chances of admission based on the aforementioned decision data. Parchment says I have a 98% chance of admission at Babson, and 100% at Fordham, so I would assume your chances are solid there.
