What are my chances for a top Business/Economics School (Penn, Michigan, etc.) ?

Hello all,
I live in Michigan and would like to pursue a career in the business field, and really believe that I can compete with the best. I have good communication and leadership skills, but one part of my application really brings me down, and it happens to be the most important. With these, what do you think my chances are for getting into a great business/econ school, such as Penn, MIT, Cal, Michigan, New York University, Harvard...

These are my specs:

35 or 36 ACT.
2300+ SAT.
National Honor Society.
Multiple Varsity letters.
5 in almost all APs.
A few clubs, some officer positions.
Strong essays.
Good interview, communication skills.
Job experience in the field hopefully.
HOWEVER!!!!!

GPA: LIKELY BELOW 3.8 unweighted, probably a 3.76.
But all B's are from freshman, mostly sophomore year, and I finally realized not to throw my life away and i will most likely get all A's junior year.
Weighted it's over 4.0 but I know these good colleges will recalculate it to their own.

How much do you think my lower than average GPA will bring me down into getting into these top notch colleges?
Do i have a chance at them?
What colleges do you think I will get into?

Thank you in advance for all the support!(:
