If your UC GPA is your 4.1 weighted? Here is how I would chance you:
UCD/UCI/UCSB: Match
UCSD: High Match
UCLA/UCB: Low Reach
This is based off your posted stats. Essays and EC’s will come into play and unfortunately too hard to predict how these will be viewed.

Yeah, if you have an incredibly well-written essay, that’ll boost your chance significantly.
But if your essay is like 7/10, I’ll say:
UCLA/UCB: Very hard
UCSD: Pretty hard
UCSB: Little Hard, but doable
UCD/UCI: Decent, just go for it.
