What are my chances for Appealing?

Hi guys! I was wondering if I could appeal to UCSB.

So I got rejected from their Engineering program, but I want to do their Economics+ Accounting Program. I was wondering If you could appeal a major change? Can someone please let me know?

My stats are
GPA: 3.67/ 4.00
Sat: 2050
E.C: ASB Vice President, Speech and Debate 2 years, Service Club 3 years, Cancer Awareness 3 years, and etc.

An appeal is supposed to have new information. Changing your mind on your major wouldn’t count. Additionally they admitted a lot of engineering applicants into undecided this year. If your application was good enough for another college they would have let you know. Sorry
