what are my chances for Boston College?

Hi!

I am a rising senior and so far BC is my first choice. However, I loved the Boston area so I will also apply to Boston University and Northeastern. I know BC would be a reach but I am wondering if it is totally out of my caliber?

Stats:
SAT: 2000 (650 CR, 630 M, 720 W)
GPA: 3.65 UW, 4.77 W

Courses:
9th- all honors
10th- AP Environmental science and the rest honors
11th- AP government and AP Lang and Comp, the rest honors
12th- going to take AP comparative gov and AP calculus

Extracurriculars:
Peer mediation- very selective program at my highschool; deals with kids who are struggling with anxiety, depression, bullying etc.
President of REACH- large club that stresses the importance of refraining from underage drinking and doing drugs
Anchor of my school’s TV program- We put on a morning show everyday that goes out to 40,000+ homes in the district
Tennis Coach- work at a camp all summer and coach clinics over the winter
Diversity committee- only a couple highschool students are chosen to sit in on these discussions
Volunteer at Melmark- an institution for mentally challenged

… If I think of anything else I will add to this! I am open for any suggestions, Thank you!

Cool ECs, those are going to help you. Your SAT won’t help you for BC and your GPA seems alright- unfortunately due to the subjectiveness between schools I can’t tell how good it is. Northeastern is getting really competitive- you probably will be able to pull off BU. You might wanna take the SAT again- but always stay glass half full!

SAT is on the lower end of the mid 50 for BC so try taking it again and aim for a 2100

Boston University - Accept
Boston College- Waitlist

Bring up your SAT score or take the ACT. You need higher test scores to have a shot at College or Northeastern. But you can rest assured you have a great chance of getting into BU!
