What are my chances for Boston University and University of Miami?

Hi guys so I’m a senior about to apply to colleges and wanted to know what you guys thought of my application and my chances at these two schools, they are my absolute top choices

I am a full IB Diploma Student
IBH Biology
IBH History
IBH Global Politics
IBSL Language and Literature
IBSL Math Studies
IBSL Spanish
TOK

My ACT Score is a 33 (English 33, Math 28, Reading 36, Science 33)
My GPA is like a B+ average maybe an unweighted 3.3 GPA, but I had a late ADHD Diagnosis at the end of junior year (these will be in counselor recommendations). Currently in senior year I’m doing very well getting an A/A- average in the IB (after my diagnosis).

EC:
I am the head of a club which donates to underprivileged schools in different countries
I worked at a Dentist Office
I worked at a Lawyers Office
I have done Model UN for Three Years
I was on Junior Varsity Basketball
I took Guitar outside of school
I was the head of accounting and finance club in Freshman Year

So what do you think my chances are at these schools?

I’d say you have a chance at UM (I don’t know how much your GPA will hurt you, what’s your weighted??). I’d say you have less of a chance at BU but still a decent chance. It depends how much your explanation for your GPA (which is why no means terrible) will help.

My school doesn’t have weighted GPA’s on the 5.0 scale, it’s weird like that because we only offer the IB at my school we also don’t have a class rank.

Yeah I thought of applying to that in case I didn’t get into the college of arts and sciences, then I’d still at least be able to go to BU and graduate with a BU degree
