What are my chances for BYU?

My top choice for college is BYU and then BYU Hawaii. I have a 4.0 GPA and have/will take 5 AP classes. I have over 500+ hours of volunteer work with a variety of non-profit organizations. I think that I have enough extracurricular, leadership, and work advantages as well. I am also student body president and will be valedictorian. I'm also attending a International school in China. I'm hoping this will help in making my chances better since I'm not just another Utah applicant (though I would have been). It's my ACT/SAT scores I am worrying about. I'm taking both in Oct and Nov. I got a 25 on my first ACT practice test and each time I take it it improves. I still have a while before I take it and I will be taking it more than once. I'm hoping for a 28 at the least. Does this lower my chances considerably? Do I have a good chance of getting in?

Also, a totally off topic question, do international students have to do an interview for the application or is that just Utah students?

Please reply, I'm really freaked out about my application.

It looks like you are in good shape! Things to note about BYU-Provo: I went on the campus tour last summer and they said that 85% of admitted males have completed their Eagle Scout and the average (middle 50%) ACT composite score is 27. Not that your application has to include both of these distinctions, but a great number of applicants have these merits and you should try to keep up with the pack. However, with your level of volunteer work, stellar GPA, and near-average ACT score for admitted students, I would guess you have a solid chance of getting in! Getting the ACT score up to 28 would help you significantly, though. Good luck!

Thanks for the reply! I’m LDS so I will be a Seminary Graduate and I have completed my Young Women’s Recognition Award so I think that’s covered. I’m really hoping that I can get in :)
