What are my chances for cal poly pomona or USC?

I Just finished my junior year with a 3.00 GPA and i reaaaally wanna apply for cal poly Pomona or USC School of architecture
What are my chances if i have a 3.0 GPA so far and 1400 SAT? Im planning to do much better in my senior year and i wanna major in the architecture field (not engineering, like just the art and design field)
My grades arnt bad though, like they are on the B or C+ average.
Anyway im working on a portfolio now for AP Studio Art and i took really hard art classes throughout highschool. Was working on perspective drawing and all
I do have extra curricular activities
Opinions about academy of art university? Would i be accepted there?</p>
