I am estimating your CSU GPA would be around your weighted GPA of 3.2 or possibly 3.3. You make the cutoff of the SAT Math score required which is 550, however, you Stats could be more competitive with a better ACT score.

You also need to calculate your Eligibility index since Computer Engineering is an impacted major.
(CSU GPA x800)+ (SAT Math + SAT CR) or (CSU GPA x200)+(ACT composite x10). They will rank all applicants in the major by the EI and fill the seats with the highest EI and work their way down. Are you in the immediate service area? which will help.

ME is more competitive than Computer Engineering. The least competitive would be Industrial.

Based on your current Stats:
Cal Poly SLO: High Reach
Average SAT (Math+CR) is 1406 Average ACT is 32
Average GPA is 4.12

Cal Poly Pomona/ CSUF: Low Reach/High Match (Dependent upon applicant pool)

You should consider Northridge, Chico State, Sac State and Sonoma also.

Yeah, SLO is highly unlikely but, feel free to apply anyhow.

For most people, the CSU GPA is marginally less than their weighted so (because they exclude health, PE, etc.) They also drop +/- so, if you got lots of A-, it could go the other way.

Using a 3.1GPA, I rough out your CSU Index @3600. Honestly, that’s a little light for Fullerton, CPP has been getting lots of positive press and is becoming more selective for Engineering majors each year. It could be a reach there as well (Chico too). A 1250 M&R SAT or a 28 ACT will probably get you into all 3.

I’d book another SAT sitting - maybe flake if your ACT score comes back 28 or better.

Sac, Sonoma and Northridge should be OK (assuming you’ve completed the a-g requirements)
Good luck.
