What are my chances for Cal Poly SLO CS as an international student?

Hey! I just found out about Cal poly SLO that supposedly is very strong in CS and engineering and it also have a pretty cheap out of state tuition. So to me this university looks amazing and i really want in, what are my chances with the following scores though?

ACT: 34

I did really bad first year in high school and ended up with a 3.4 GPA

Second year i ended up with a GPA of 4.0

I calculated my GPA using the foreigncredits website so i dont really know how accurate it is. In my country high school is 3 years as we spend one more year in middle school i believe its called. I am aiming for a GPA over 3.8 the last 2 upcoming semesters (year)

I am taking the most rigorous classes but i dont really have any EC opportunities at my school so i have none of that. And i am European if that makes any difference. Again, I dont know how good foreigncredits is so view the GPA with a grain of salt.

Do you guys reckon that I have a good chance of getting accepted?

Cal Poly SLO has about a 10% acceptance rate for CS. EC’s have a small impact on your chances although a job related to your major helps. GPA/test scores and HS course rigor are the most important factors. SLO uses 9-11th grades for their GPA calculation and will give you 8 semesters of extra honors points (AP/IB classes). Not sure how your GPA will be evaluated but your test score looks competitive. Definitely worth an application and good luck
