What are my chances for CalTech, MIT, Stanford, Berkeley Chemical Engineering?

Here are my stats so far, please let me know whether I’ve got a shot

GPA: 3.8 unweighted, 4.7 weighted

ACT: 35C, 35W/34M/35R/35S

SATII Math: 800 Chem: 710

Relevant courses: every math up through Differential Equations, AP Bio, AP Chem, Independent Research, Intern Mentor, 4 Engineering Academy courses. I have 8 AP courses including senior year.

Awards: nanoDDS Conference 2016 Student Research Award/Poster Prize, Biodendrimer 2016 Best Poster Prize (I’m the first high school student to win poster prizes at nanotechnology conferences of this level. High schoolers usually don’t even present.)
National Merit Commended
Johns Hopkins CTY High Scorer
(that’s all the stuff I think might be relevant)

EC’s:

Nonprofit work: I run the US branch of one of the world’s largest youth-run nonprofits (Originally based out of the UK, I brought it to the US. I’m keeping the name quiet for privacy), and I’m a director of another nonprofit that works with veterans and active-duty military members.

Research: Interning at Johns Hopkins Center for Nanomedicine and Anesthesiology/Critical Care Medicine. One published paper and one paper submitted for publication. Poster prizes from nanoDDS (Baltimore) and Biodendrimer 2016 (Copenhagen). Research is patent pending.

Played the Carnatic south indian flute for 11 years, played travel soccer for 5.

Recommendations: English teacher (she thinks i’m ok), Engineering teacher (he likes me), Research teacher (she likes me), Research mentor (she likes me), a professor from Hopkins Biomedical Engineering (he’s one of the biggest people in the field, he likes me).

All high reach.

Colleges I’m applying to:

Caltech, MIT, Stanford, Berkeley, Rice, Carnegie Mellon, UT Austin, UCLA, UCSD, UCSB, Maryland, Northwestern, Georgia Tech, Cornell, Johns Hopkins

My big question is will they look past my GPA and not-so-hot chem subject test score? As long as they look past that I have a chance, but if I don’t even make that initial cutoff then I’m shot.

Those are high reach for everyone. You’ll need to write some really excellent essays. Do you realize that Berkeley is a bit odd with ChemE taught through the college of Chemistry instead of Engineering? This may cause problems if you decide you do not like ChemE
