What are my chances for Columbia, NYU, Duke, etc

I’m a senior living in New, Delhi, India.
My 1st SAT attempt was 1990, I hope to bring it up to 2150 +
Grades- all A’s (we don’t use GPA)
SAT 2- I’m giving literature in May, Bio in October
ECs
Editor-in-chief for my bimonthly school newsletter
Editor-in-chief at www.amalgamated.in and www.knowledgified.com
Won many inter-school and intra-school creative writing competitions
Own a blog, and plan to publish a poetry book this summer
Represented my school/nation at an international art festival, won 3rd place for fashion and best international team.
Represented my country at a media workshop in Japan
Grade-card distinction for most of high school (sort of like honour roll)
Member of environment and outreach council
Teach underprivileged children twice a week after school
Violin- grade 2 trinity
Also plan on illustrating children’s books

INTERNSHIPS
Harpercollins Publishers- editorial and design
Penguin Publishers- this summer

Planning on getting 2 excellent recommendations (english and history teacher)
Confident about my essays

What are my chances? I plan to major in English. Maybe double major in English/journalism, or english/history.

The tough thing is, barely any countries but america uses the GPA system, which definitely makes it harder to swallow your mediocre at best SAT scores. I would say that unless you DO in fact bring them to a 2150, which is much easier said than done, you have no chance at any of those schools. Also, the fact that it is impossible to see any of your strength of schedule is even worse. I don’t want to discourage you from schools like Columbia and Duke, but you have a MUCH better chance at NYU than the other two schools. I hate to be a “debbie downer”, and who knows, you may have a chance. I still cannot figure out whether I believe the fact that you are from New Delhi HELPS or HURTS your application. Just remember that international students taking the SATs to get into these top name colleges are all shooting for 2400s. Best of luck though!!!

I like your ECs – the internships are quite impressive. However your SAT scores are far too low to be considered as an international. Get them up to at least 2200 range to be competitive.

Will you need financial aid? Duke is not need blind for internationals
