What are my chances for CSU'S + UC's

My SAT score was 2040 590 CR/800 Math/ 650 Writing.
My UC gpa is 3.5, I took two AP/Honors courses as a junior and I'm taking three this year. I took two PLTW classes (Intro to Engr Design and Principles of Engr).
I haven't done any volunteer work or extracurricular besides a job at my father's clinic managing his network, computers, as well as entering and editing patients into his system.

I plan to major in Computer Engineering except for at UC Berkeley I'm majoring in EE/CS.

What are my chances to the colleges I applied to? Cal Poly SLO or UCI are my realistic reach schools.

CSU's: CSU Long Beach, SJSU, Cal Poly SLO
UC's: Irvine, SD, Berkeley, LA, SB

CSU Long Beach - safety
SJSU - safety
Cal Poly SLO - match
Irvine - high match/ low reach
SB - high match / low reach
SD - reach
LA - high reach
Cal - high reach

Lack of ECs will not hurt you at most CSUs. But it will hurt your chances at the UCs. The non-top UCs will admit a number of students on grades/SAT scores alone and a high SAT will in many ways, make up for a low GPA. That said, I expect you to have some chance at UCI and UCSB.

Oh yeah I also forgot to add:

SAT Subject Test: 700 Bio
AP Tests: 5 AP Bio, plan to take Calc AB and Micro/Macro Econ
